Poor Service 1st car to arrive for oil change, tire rotation, and to have peeling paint on a 2018 Chevy Silverado Centennial Edition. Over 2 hours to do this. Se 1st car to arrive for oil change, tire rotation, and to have peeling paint on a 2018 Chevy Silverado Centennial Edition. Over 2 hours to do this. Service personnel acted like he was doing me a favor stating that his boss wasn't here and he would go ahead and approve the fixing of the peeling paint. Told me they would call me when they could get it scheduled. When I spoke with the service manager to set this appointment he made it sound like it would be fixed during this appointment. Maybe I misunderstood. This was on 5 July. Never received another call to fix my vehicle. It is now the 25th of July. This is exactly how customers are lost. Background on me: Lifetime buyer of only GM PRODUCTS as my father retired from GM. More
