Fell in love with it minus the EXTREME cigarette smoke smell. I was told the ozone treatment gets rid of it. Almost two weeks later I finally got to go get the new car. Several delays including the previous owner’s financing not being finalized for a week. Then the delays of it not being out of service or finished by the times it was promised. All out of control of the salesman but still reflects poorly on the dealership and timeliness of transactions. Once I finally got the call it was ready, I scheduled a time to come pick it up. It had been detailed and the ozone treatment completed. I waited over 1.5 hours to sign papers, having scheduled a time with Vance to come finalize things. I had my roommates 2 year old with me which did not help with the long wait time. The car did smell better and was clean but the smoke smell is still very much there which is very frustrating. This was a gift from my dad that wired the money in after I received the vehicle. I have requested a final bill of sale and still have not received it other than a cropped screen shot showing the wire of funds was received. Once home, I have found trash under both the front seats including a rotten baby bottle that when I first saw the vehicle was in the back passenger door. Disappointed in the quality of service and cleanliness of my new vehicle. I’ve already spent in 2 days over $200 in treatments to help with the smoke smell with minimal improvements. Please be honest regarding ozone treatments. The cleanliness of the vehicle especially under the seats needs to be double checked before your detail crew is done with a vehicle and it is given to the new owner. More

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. We purchased a 2019 Chevy Tahoe found online. Show up to the dealership at 4:45pm, after the short test drive started the buying process. The online special? Then the back and forth started, low ball offer on trades, we had to show a written offer from another dealership that was $2k more than Jim Glover. 2 hours in now, and we're finally making to the finance guy. Get to Isaac, we explained we've been here now 3 hours and we're pre-approved with our credit union and would like to sign the papers and move on. He laughs and tells us we should feel lucky the average car buying experience is 3.5 hrs. About this time the customer beside us gets upset with his experience slams the door open, walls shaking and cursing. Isaac does not skip a beat back to his high pressure sales on GAP, extended coverage and Jim Glover maintenance package. Finally we had enough get up and leave, can’t find Marty who has the keys to our old car and can’t leave. No manager in sight, Marty comes over starts to patch the deal and we sign the paperwork with a very unhappy Isaac who is now upset and rude. 4 hours later we’re driving off the lot upset that we purchased a car from this dealership, ruined what should have been a great experienced. I got home, couldn’t remove the Jim Glover decals and tags fast enough. Terrible experience all around shouldn’t take this long or this much hassle to buy a car, especially one you already know you want. More
