I don't normally write reviews but I want to write this one. Buying from the Jim Glover Dealership was a superior experience. I have 3 main reasons. First they offered more for my Porsche trade in than any one. Buying from the Jim Glover Dealership was a superior experience. I have 3 main reasons. First they offered more for my Porsche trade in than any other dealership in Tulsa, including the Porsche dealership. Second, the communication over the 11.5 month leadtime was very good with Rob Melone keeping me apprised of the car's status. Thirdly, and one that REALLY pleased me was the way they handled the mistake in GM not honoring the March 1 purchase deadline for the price increase. My sales person, Emily Khalil, and the sales team absorbed the $1000 price increase to keep me as a happy customer. Five stars all the way! More

Once Again, Jim Glover has proven why they are far superior than any other dealership. We recently purchased a truck from them and used it to haul the camper on a camping trip. We had issues with brak superior than any other dealership. We recently purchased a truck from them and used it to haul the camper on a camping trip. We had issues with brakes about 20 mins outside of our destination. 3 hours from the dealership and 2 hours from home I was super worried about how we would get home safely without any brakes. Jim Glover didn’t hesitate to send someone with a new truck 3 hours to our camping spot so we could get home safely and picked up our truck to take it to the dealership and get it fixed. Luckily it was just a failed vacuum pump so they had the truck ready to go first thing Monday morning. Very pleased with how these guys handled the situation and went above and beyond to take care of their customers. We will buy from Jim Glover again! Thanks Cass, Shawn, Jamie, and Jason!! More
