The wrong car was picked up from the other dealership but once the error was discovered, it was quickly corrected. One of the items that came with the car was not on the car and Steve was quick to look for a replacement (rear cargo cover). He could not find one but assured us that one would be shipped to us immediately. The paperwork seemed long but overall, it was a pleasant experience. We are looking at purchasing another vehicle, soon, and will contact Steve again when we're ready. More

Good Deal Wanted to first say buying my truck was truly an easy experience. One down side is that we unfortunately had a flat tire a few days after purchase- I Wanted to first say buying my truck was truly an easy experience. One down side is that we unfortunately had a flat tire a few days after purchase- I remembered seeing a jack in the truck so I knew there had to be one with it. We found it and soon discovered it was not the correct one intended for the truck- we were stuck there with this useless jack- 2 hours from home. After getting lucky to find someone with a floor jack. Bad to good; but then we get the spare on and its flat. I spoke with the dealership and they replaced the jack with the correct one and fixed my tire. Shawn was great.... Rob McBride More

The truck that was first brought to me after I described what I wanted turned out to be the perfect fit and it greatly reduced the time I needed to invest shopping your inventory. The staff was courteous and helpful. If I were to recommend any change to how the process worked in order to make me feel 100% warm and fuzzy, it would be to have the salesperson included with the document signing. I'm sure If you worked on it, you could find a way to make it work for both parties involved, the buyer and seller. For me, the buyer, this would leave me with the impression of full transparency on the sellers part and give me the 100% satisfaction that I know you guys want to set yourselves apart from the competition. More
