I have grown to expect first-class treatment at the Mercedes dealership, but was pleasantly surprised by the s I have a Mercedes and a Chevy pick up. I have grown to expect first-class treatment at the Mercedes dealership, but was pleasantly surprised by the service team at Jim Glover on the River. Apparently I made my service appointment and requested a loaner vehicle at the wrong Jim Glover dealership. I needed routine oil change, tire rotation and has to have 2 safety recall parts installed Rather than canceling the appointment and rescheduling me, Bill Dewil, Service Advisor, went above and beyond today. I came in at 8:20 AM to pick up my loaner and discovered I was at the wrong dealership. Bill jumped into action, found me a loaner car and I still had enough time to make my 9 AM doctor appointment. He made the experience pleasant even though he could've simply rescheduled me or told me to go to the other dealership. He even got the recall parts delivered from the other dealership and completed the work all in the same day. I would highly recommend you contact Bill. and use this service department for any Chevy repairs you might have. More
