Worst car buying experience ever! My car was totaled so I needed a car fast. I was first told that I wouldn’t be able to finance until all my gap from accident was paid. Then later was My car was totaled so I needed a car fast. I was first told that I wouldn’t be able to finance until all my gap from accident was paid. Then later was told I would be able to finance even if my gap hadn’t paid out yet. I’m a home health nurse so a car is a necessity to me. I was happy to know I could get a car in order to do my job. I was told I’d be given 60 days before my first car payment, however 30 days later I received my first bill from Oklahoma Credit Union saying my car payment was due on 12/23/17. I was less than excited since I didn’t have the money for car payment and car title. Salesman did not seem to care that I couldn’t afford title and payment. He said he did his job. Guess customer service is not important at Jim Glover. I’ll never buy there again or recommend to anyone else. More

Good Customer Service Good customer service, very kind and professional. Also sometime they remove the glove compartment not put it back. Right now my mat is still stuck and I cannot get it out to clean it. More

From the phone to make the appointment, all the way up to the handshake out the door, Bryan was a fantastic and friendly salesman. We discussed the history of the vehicle thoroughly, clearly discussed options, and the follow through of the sale was as easy as it could be. I would more than recommend Bryan as a salesman to follow up with for any auto needs. More
