They go the extra mile We were looking at getting a new Equinox. Ruben probably got his 10,000 steps in trying to run the numbers on 2019s and 2020s. We couldn't afford the 2020s so we started looking at the 2019s. They had some on the lot, but they were in loaner service. One was about to come off, and we agreed to start the paperwork, but then we went and took a look at it. It reeked of cigarette smoke! So, no. We're not getting that one. Ruben and Chad (I could tell the were pretty hacked off) came back to us and said, "We're going to get you what you want." From that point, they searched high and low for a 2019 brand new, no loaner, Nightfall Gray Metallic Equinox within a 500 mile radius. At first, they found one in Pryor, OK, but it was sold before they could trade. Then, they found one in Paris, TX, and behold! it was the one we wanted. The other dealership drove it up to Tulsa free of charge (to us), and we were able to buy our new car. All this over a weekend! We drove our Equinox home on the following Tuesday after they had washed, gassed up, and detailed our new baby. I would definitely recommend Jim Glover Chevrolet on the River, and especially Ruben Gaines, because of all their hard work. You rock, guys! More

Poor Service 1st car to arrive for oil change, tire rotation, and to have peeling paint on a 2018 Chevy Silverado Centennial Edition. Over 2 hours to do this. Se 1st car to arrive for oil change, tire rotation, and to have peeling paint on a 2018 Chevy Silverado Centennial Edition. Over 2 hours to do this. Service personnel acted like he was doing me a favor stating that his boss wasn't here and he would go ahead and approve the fixing of the peeling paint. Told me they would call me when they could get it scheduled. When I spoke with the service manager to set this appointment he made it sound like it would be fixed during this appointment. Maybe I misunderstood. This was on 5 July. Never received another call to fix my vehicle. It is now the 25th of July. This is exactly how customers are lost. Background on me: Lifetime buyer of only GM PRODUCTS as my father retired from GM. More
