Not on top of things and too much run around.. Recently went in to do a KEY FOR KEY @ Jim Faulk Nissan and they said the pay off will take 2 weeks for my trade in. Still wait up ng. Went in to see why there was no activity or movement. They said it's gonna b paid before the 4th of this month. July and a advisor was to call me.. NO CALL! still waiting! I went to Nissan cuz they WAS the best back then. But NOW.. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! And to add.. MY NEW CAR LOOKED LIKE WASN'T EVEN WASHED! My roof and hood was still DIRTY! More

This was my first time getting my car serviced here at Jim Falk Nissan. I was not disappointed that I chose to come here. I was mis diagnosed at another car service location for services that would have Jim Falk Nissan. I was not disappointed that I chose to come here. I was mis diagnosed at another car service location for services that would have cost $1,000 more. Zach was so great at keeping me informed as to what was going on with my car. I had my 2 year old with me so Peter dropped us off at the mall while the car was serviced and picked me up after. They were great in every aspect of service. Car is running great! More

I bought a car in March and there were electronic items that went wrong with it. I had a 90 warranty for saftey items. I had to leave out of town and Manny drove me to the airport =- they fixed my car whi that went wrong with it. I had a 90 warranty for saftey items. Manny also went the extra mile and had the manufacturer fix the a/c (non safety)item that saved me close to $1000.00. I would not recommend the used car salesman Larry or his boss Ivan - I had to wrestle with Ivan to get the electronics worked on - but once it was ok'd and Mark and Manny took over - it was unbelievable service. I would go back to them in on hot second. More

Kevin was EXCELLENT! I have never felt so comfortable and stress free when purchasing a new car. He gave us options and assisted us to meet our financial obstacles.
