Ultimate customer experience. I dread going into a car dealership, new or used. It’s funny because I’m also a salesperson. I made contact with a former client of mine and Jamie Sebring recommended Theresa Marler who was very personable and easy to work with. She also listened when I requested to see another Toyota model on their showroom lot. She didn’t try and convince me to see any other model. I liked that. Every thing I needed, she presented to me. Overall, my experience was a great one than my anxiety led me believe. I would recommend her highly when sending my family or friends to buy a new or used vehicle. It was great! I am enjoying my Kicks Sarah was very knowledgeable about the car I test drove. Had 2 different models ready for me to drive. It was a great experience and didn’t take long once I made my decision. Sarah helped me connect my bluetooth and showed me how to use all the other features in vehicle. My car was clean and full tank of gas when I was ready to go! I would recommend Jim Falk to anyone. This is my third vehicle I have leased w/ Jim Falk. Happy w/ sales and happy w/ service dept. Another great experience w Jim Falk Nissan All around successful visit. I liked the ability to communicate by text throughout the process. (From booking to when I was waiting in the showroom. I had received a coupon by email for Oil and Lube Service for a promotional price that was actually cheaper than Walmart. Dealer quality service for an affordable price. I was sad to learn that Ron Hancock had left JF. He was a Service Manager extraordinaire. The people working the desk now are comparable to Ron. Sean took care of me this time and handled everything professionally. I have no complaints with him. I have long been a Goodyear or Walmart customer as it was a much better price, I am delighted to be able to get dealer level quality service. While waiting, I was checking out some items at the Parts Counter. The gentleman there was very friendly and helpful. All of the employees here seem to be happy with the company and that positive and friendly nature exists throughout the company, I have two observations or slight complaint. The service Dept was obviously very busy the day I took my 2016 Rogue in. i was told to expect a text indicating completion in about an hour and 15 mins. By the time I left it was almost 2.5 hours. Showroom is comfortable with internet. (Thank you). But not enough seats for the “waiters”. I found a chair in a remote corner which allowed me to work while I waited. Those arriving later were forced to just stand around. The other observation was that I was really surprised to see that massive amount of paper that was piled on the service agent desks. I think my visit encounter alone generated 10 pieces of paper. In the progressively paperless world we live in, I am a little surprised that they have not kept pace and still manage mountains of paper. More
