My first bad experience. I hope it's the last. I brought my car in for a routine service. I was told it would take 4 hours and I would be notified when my car was ready. I never was notified. Af I brought my car in for a routine service. I was told it would take 4 hours and I would be notified when my car was ready. I never was notified. After 4 hours I called Richard, who is great and a valuable asset to pick me up at Maui Mall. He did. When I got back my car was ready and parked in a row of finished vehicles, I never received any notification. I had changed plans due to the length of time service took. Prior to this every experience have had at Jim Falk was 5 star. I often stop in just to talk to my salesman, Joe who is another valuable asset. We have even discussed getting a new Veloster and stay in touch. I hope my experience yesterday was just a bad day. See my text for more info. More

I would like to comment that these service writers have a lot to deal with, so maybe having an extra body to help them out would be great as I noticed that no one was able to check in my car until I checked in with Ryan at the counter.. That would be great to have an extra body to do the checking in as soon as you drive into the service area More

My only feedback would be that it would be nice to get a service sticker reminder on when your next service is due and even a quick car wash after getting your vehicle serviced would be a major plus. Mainland service departments certainly do that. More
