I was pleased they are willing to work with my insurance. I feel the quality for work was good. I was told I needed a rear brake job. That my pads were at 2mm. I had this checked by an independent mechanic w I feel the quality for work was good. I was told I needed a rear brake job. That my pads were at 2mm. I had this checked by an independent mechanic who told me I had 2/3rds of my pad material remaining! In other words Jim Falk attempted to up sale me a service that was not needed by being dishonest.
