The staff at Jim Falk Nissan service have been prompt and professional both times I've needed recall work done on our Leaf. The sales department is a joke however and is kneecapped by management/ownership slapping high dealer markups on their new inventory. While I was there for my recent service I took a picture of a new 2019 Nissan Kicks S that had a MSRP of $20,070 on the Monroney with a dealer added markup sticker next to it adding $3995 to the dealers asking price meaning they arbitrarily decided to ask a potential puchaser to start negotiating at a price 19.9% above MSRP. Had the same issue when I walked in to check out the new Titan a couple years back and a Rogue few years before that. They are not to be taken seriously and this is the reason I declined to purchase my vehicles from Jim Falk dealerships. More
