I got the estimate 3 weeks later after showing up as no one responded to my countless voicemails or calls. Will not return and will never ever buy another Nissan (after owning 5 prior). Never again. It took me 3 days to book my appointment, no one answered the service line and i left 2 voicemails for return calls which were not returned. Mine was a unique experience as i was trading 3 vehicles that had previously purchased at three separate Faulk dealer sales professional, Andy Stehl. I had an issue that they fixed and after they fixed my truck was smelling like it was hot. I went back to see if they could tell me why and they charged me to diagnose it. After that they tried to charge truck was smelling like it was hot. I went back to see if they could tell me why and they charged me to diagnose it. After that they tried to charge me $2000 to fix the issue they already charged me $900 to supposedly fix. I tried to call the manager left a voice mail and still have not gotten a response.
