Lexus used to be THE BEST in customer service. Now? Not so much. Even the cashier/loaner dept was dismissive. I felt very nickeled and dimed, and I left feeling bummed out that I didn’t get the great servi so much. Even the cashier/loaner dept was dismissive. Thoughtful and conscientious service Initially, the service department wasn't able to find and solve the issue I was experiencing with my interior lights because they needed to see them i Initially, the service department wasn't able to find and solve the issue I was experiencing with my interior lights because they needed to see them in darkness to understand which interior lights weren't working. I was in Beverly Hills last night right before closing and called Martha Gomez to see if she could see the issue firsthand and write up a new ticket for the service manager. She invited me to come right over. She got into the passenger side of my car and took a cell phone video of the missing/out lights to share with the service manager. She arranged for a loaner vehicle and I was on my way home in no time. Martha provides EXCELLENT customer-centered care every time I visit. She makes me feel that my concerns about my car are valid and that the Service Department will strive to solve the issue. I have many choices as to where to bring my Lexus to be serviced, but I choose Jim Falk because of Martha Gomez. More

Both Alicia and Monica were extremely helpful and kind. I called the service department last week and spoke to Alicia after my "check engine" light went on. She was very helpful, suggesting that I check the gas cap (which was almost hanging off!), but it didn't fix the problem. I came in and Martha took care of my every need, even thought it was 6:30 in the evening. She arranged for a loaner and then called with the progress. I picked up my car, clean and fixed!
