Waited 3 weeks for an appointment . I was 10 minutes early at check.in but waited almost 50 minutes for them to take my truck back. An hour later a young man, not my service writer who I was 10 minutes early at check.in but waited almost 50 minutes for them to take my truck back. An hour later a young man, not my service writer who was great, came to me in the waiting room telling me there was a leak " in an area you would never see" near the oil cooler, that the truck needed new brakes and rotors and new spark plugs. This truck has 56k and has not missed a service at Jim Faulk. Yet he said " with the miles I had on the truck these repairs were recommended for my safety and I waited it would be more expensive". In researching I found these repairs were more common on vehicles with 20k more miles than mine and that the same work that he quoted $5500 could be done for under $1800....not sure if I want you go back....
