Good customer support! When I arrived at Jim Ellis VW and Kennesaw, Arianna came right out and listened to what the problem was with our car and said she would take care o When I arrived at Jim Ellis VW and Kennesaw, Arianna came right out and listened to what the problem was with our car and said she would take care of it. It turned out we had a small leak where the blue mixes with the gas. They fix the leak and kept the car in extra day or so to be sure that everything was good. I also noticed that each Service tech jumps in and helps the customer. Rafael help me when I came to pick up my car because Arianna wasn’t in that day. You run a Smooth service team. More

Return visit, very disappointed. I purchased my ’09 Beetle in Denver and had great service from Larry Miller Volkswagen. After moving to Woodstock, I took it in for service to Jim El I purchased my ’09 Beetle in Denver and had great service from Larry Miller Volkswagen. After moving to Woodstock, I took it in for service to Jim Ellis because the trunk latch was only working sometimes and because the driver's window was not operating in sync with the convertible top. Total cost was $528.33 for the trunk harness and $633.07 for the window sync. I also paid $435.40 for oil change and brake work. Because I have a warranty, I paid only the $100 deductible for each of the two mechanical/technology repairs. When I took the car in, the convertible top was operating. When I got the car back, the convertible top was not operating - in fact, the motor that operated the top could not even be heard. I was told that the "switch" that operates the top had gone bad. Really? While it was in for service? I doubt it. Again, using the warranty, I was charged the $100 deductible of the total cost of “repairing the switch”, $457.67. When I questioned this, I was told that the repairs done in the first visit were not connected to the "repair" of the switch. Yet, the window had to be synced with the operation of the convertible top. Although I really like the service person I worked with, I feel that I, as well as my warranty company, was scammed on the “repair” of the “switch”. I drove out, determined to find another dealership for future service. More
Fenomenal service for my car My Passat lost it’s turbo functionality. This required a new filter which it was requested fro Germany 🇩🇪 since they didn’t have one in the US ; the My Passat lost it’s turbo functionality. This required a new filter which it was requested fro Germany 🇩🇪 since they didn’t have one in the US ; then something related to a heating system required to be changed. We were informed timely by Mr Rafael Sandoval who always apologized for the inconvenience. As ALWAYS the service and courtesy provided by the staff and outstanding assistance from Rafael are FENOMENAL!!! More
