Car's check engine light icon appeared. The service staff was responsive to my needs. Though it was a holiday weekend (July 4th) and they were very busy, they did fit me in and completed wh The service staff was responsive to my needs. Though it was a holiday weekend (July 4th) and they were very busy, they did fit me in and completed what was to be the initial work within 24 hours. Unfortunately, hours after I'd picked up the car, the check engine light icon re-appeared and I rushed to the dealership's service department at 3:45 pm on Saturday. I was helped immediately, offered a loaner, and told that they'd communicate with me on Monday -- which they did. My car wasn't ready until the end of the week, but each day I received phone calls with updates and was given use of the loaner. More
