Superb work diagnosing and resolving GTI chassis issue Superb work provided in addressing a very annoying problem on my 2014 GTI. The GTI developed a disturbing pop and rattle in the floor pan / underneath the dashboard that occurred under braking and when making sharp turns. Kevin Hartley accompanied me on several test drives to understand the nature of the problem. He diagnosed and resolved this very nuanced problem with my chassis subframe and now my GTI is rock-solid thanks to his persistence and expertise. Rafael provided excellent customer relations in supporting me with a loaned vehicle and keeping me up to date on the work. He and Kevin demonstrated 100 percent commitment to finding and fixing the problem and they delivered! I am truly satisfied and appreciative - my car is returned to like-new condition More

tire pressure light on almost immediately after service I have received several solicitations for my recent service experience. So many that it was annoying. AMAZING SERVICE CENTER AND STAFF!!!!! I have been going to Jim Ellis VW of Kennesaw since they opened. Bought a number of cars and don't plan on changing that anytime soon! I'm always treated like family!!! Service center is not different. Rafael S. is usually my service adviser, but I have worked with Arianna and Tate and they are always on the top of their game! always greeted at my car, with a warm smile and hand shake.......and always by name!!!! thanks again Jim Ellis staff for all you do! Lack of communication leads to disappointment Had a concern about a warning light that essentially disabled my 2014 Jetta TDI Sportwagon. Found it to be a low amount of coolant in the reservoir. F Had a concern about a warning light that essentially disabled my 2014 Jetta TDI Sportwagon. Found it to be a low amount of coolant in the reservoir. Filled is up and everything worked again. Wanted to schedule an appointment to have it checked out, using the online system. The only appointment I could scheduled was a 40,000 mile service requirement-the car only had 36,000 on it. Was not able to find my car model on the system, as it was not intuitive to me to look through the little dots as the bottom of the page. Thought the service would be about $400, but turned out to be over $800. Did not know this until I arrived at Jim Ellis in Kennesaw. This discrepancy did not seem to bother anyone-except me. No one came to keep me advised of the status of the service, although everyone else in the waiting room was visited at least once. No one at Jim Ellis seemed to be concerned until I responded to previous survey requests. Their offers to try to atone for this mix-up were miniscule and somewhat insulting. Probably going to be looking for a new location to have future service work. More
