Excellent Service I had an appointment which because of traffic I came 15 minutes late, but Mr. Demarkus Tate the Service Advisor greeted saying “that’s no problem I wi I had an appointment which because of traffic I came 15 minutes late, but Mr. Demarkus Tate the Service Advisor greeted saying “that’s no problem I will take care of you right away”. The Service campaign was taken care in a prompt and delivered in the promised time. Lights on dashboard lit up like Christmas. I had called on Friday, 8/31 and had to leave a message with the service department and no one called me back. Arianna Durham, Service Advisor listened to my issue, went ahead and got me scheduled immediately for diagnostic and kept me informed as to what was going on. They had the faulty sensor replaced (all under warranty) and had me back on the road asap! More
