Battery replacement My battery died while I was waiting on my daughter to get out of school. I had someone jump me off and went to autozone upon arriving at autozone they My battery died while I was waiting on my daughter to get out of school. I had someone jump me off and went to autozone upon arriving at autozone they informed me that they couldnt install a battery for me. So I called jim Ellis vw and talked to a very nice gentlemen named Tate. I explained my situation to him and he worked me in the same day. I was so thankful that they could work me in. I have never had a bad experience with this dealers service department. They are very caring people there. I will be returning More
Recall Service I scheduled recall service over the phone and asked that an oil change also be performed. I dropped the car off the car off the night before and noted I scheduled recall service over the phone and asked that an oil change also be performed. I dropped the car off the car off the night before and noted the recall service and oil change on envelope for key box. The recall service was performed. However, the oil change was not. The staff was kind and curious as always, but it will be an inconvenience to have to bring the car back for an oil change on another date. More

45 Day Check up Made the apportionment and arrived on time. The employees were knowledgeable and were able to explain what we could not figure out. The appointment was suppose to take 45-60 minutes and was done in approximately 45 minutes. The only concern was that the vehicle was suppose to have been cleaned up after the appointment and was partially washed and was not cleaned inside at all. More
New DSG for my R32 After 12 years and over 270,000 miles, my 2008 R32 needed a new DSG transmission. Service was performed within a week which included locating a new DS After 12 years and over 270,000 miles, my 2008 R32 needed a new DSG transmission. Service was performed within a week which included locating a new DSG and having it shipped to Jim Ellis in Kennesaw. Car has performed well with no problems. The only remaining issue is I forgot to bring in a 10% off coupon which would be a substantial savings considering the price of the repair. I'm hoping they will honor the coupon considering the repair was completed last Friday (8/23). Despite my forgetfulness, my service adviser, Rafael Sandoval, is great to work with. He keeps me informed during any service visit and is very professional and respectful with me at all times. Thanks to Mr. Sandoval and the Service Techs, I'll be back for my next scheduled service - hopefully with my coupon this time! More

I was definitely upset that the mechanic that worked on out car "broke" all 10 lug nuts on my front wheels so they had to be replaced and then I was responsible for paying for it. They told me they "had to break then to get them off" to replace the part in the engine that needed to be fixed but I still think the edifice department should have coveted it 100%. Other than that everyone was extremely nice, I was worried I wouldn't have my car been for at least a month but it only took a week which was awesome. They we're fast, professionaland easy to work with with!!!! More
