This is the reason why I gave it 3 🌟 as for the service it was just an inspection. More

Good Service is still available. I received a letter about a recall for 2013-2017 VW's concerning the Engine Control Module (ECM). Everyone was friendly and efficient. I came in with my old car and drove out like I just bought i I came in to the dealership for my 30,000 mile servicing on my 2017 Jetta. As usual, I drove in to the garage and was me by 2 greeters who welcomed me I came in to the dealership for my 30,000 mile servicing on my 2017 Jetta. As usual, I drove in to the garage and was me by 2 greeters who welcomed me and directed me to my service advisor. He was busy with another client on the phone and made multiple attempts to grab the attention of another service rep to help me. After a brief wait, another service rep appeared and processed my service request with an impressive sense of urgency. I was late for my appointment, so I was worried about how this would affect my appointment, but I was fully accommodated. I submitted my key and signed the service request and went to lunch, did a little shopping and came back about an hour later. Usually, my car would have been ready before that for an oil change and inspection, but I was getting a 30k service package with a software update. So, after an hour of sitting in a very comfortable waiting room with free wifi, coffee, sodas and snacks...Magazines, large screen TV, wireless charging station and children's play area...I was approached by my service rep and given a thorough explanation of what the techs have reviewed on my vehicle. I was given all of the recommendations of what preventative maintenance needs were discovered and what I will need in the future of my car. After I made my decisions on my service options, he did not try to upsell me on anything or pressure me on services I should purchase. He informed me that my car would be out of cleaning, soon. When he returned to let me know my car was ready, I had already signed all of the service forms and was able to walk to my car and drive away. As I was aalking to my car, I noticed how much cleaner it was that when I brought it in, and one of the greeters was polishing the inside of my driver's-side window. I felt like I had just bought the car brand new, again. I've never been happier when I left than bringing my car here for servicing. I was extremely impressed with my experience. More

My car was serviced in an expeditious and efficient manner with all systems tested, fluids topped off and my car cleaned inside and out! This team went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. Kudos to the gentlemen in the waiting room who made sure that I had plenty to snack on and drink. More
