I must have been in the bathroom when he came to get me, but maybe he should have come back a couple minutes after just to see if I was there. He called my husbands cell even though the main number on the contract is my cell. Then he called my home phone and left a message there. Never called my cell. I've had a moonroof fixed, shifter replaced, and used their recommended body shop when I got in an accident. All the repairs I've gotten done have held up great, no complaints.
