Took our GTI in on the holiday for an emergent EPC/DTC! Ariana took me in following an emergent EPC/DTC light set while traveling on our family vacation. She efficiently processed us in, kept me updated while I wandered the dealership, and got me out in time to celebrate my grandson's birthday on New Year's Eve. And to boot, the tech team was able to isolate the fault (a coil pack) and clear it, all in less than two hours. Well done! Oh, and the service team sang Happy Birthday for me, too! Hilarious! More

This service is one of the more expensive maintenance packages but she broke it down step by step, So I understood that to do the items separately would be more expensive in the long run. This was much appreciated because others service departments may have given a very basic response of "this is what you need". I decided to wait for my vehicle & Arianna came to update me on process during wait time. Which was also much appreciated.. More

Intake duct I recently purchased a used 2010 VW Passat from Jim Ellis Volkswagen. Subsequent to the purchase, I brought the car in for a complimentary inspection I recently purchased a used 2010 VW Passat from Jim Ellis Volkswagen. Subsequent to the purchase, I brought the car in for a complimentary inspection. It was noted that that the intake duct was missing. Jim Ellis ordered the part and replaced it free of charge instead of passing the cost off to me. Excellent customer service. They earned my trust and I will continue to take the vehicle back to them for service. More
