Go in for an airbag safety recall, leave with a damaged tire I purchased a 2013 VW CC that had a couple of outstanding safety recalls. When the part became available for the airbag, I arrived at the appointed t I purchased a 2013 VW CC that had a couple of outstanding safety recalls. When the part became available for the airbag, I arrived at the appointed time. When the airbag was completed, the service department folks try to upsell you on all of these things that had nothing to do with why you are there. This time they told me I needed new brakes and that a tire was damaged on the sidewall and needed to be replaced. News to me, I drove there just fine. Within two miles of driving away the dashboard tire pressure monitor alerted me that I had lost 4lbs of pressure just since leaving their lot. Another mile down the road and it was down 6lbs. At that rate of loss, the tire would have been completely flat by the time they returned it to me after a 2.5 hour repair. They had to have caused the damage. It was fine when I brought it in. I don’t even know why they were messing with my tires or looking at my brakes. I took the car in for an airbag. An airbag! More

Each time I had been given an awesome loaner vehicle. A salesman walked through spoke to me by name and shook my hand, then a finance manager again spoke my name and shook my hand. No pressure at all. The next thing I knew i was transferring my belongings from my vehicle being serviced to a another brand new vehicle. My salesman, Larry Fitzpatrick and Finance Manager Matt Rock made it an awesome no pressure sales experience adding to the outstanding service experience I’ve received over the years with Rafael Sandoval and Adam Aroujo. Oil change We have always appreciated the service at Jom Ellis. My only concern with this trip, I mentioned the smell of coolant from the engine. The mechanic stated he could not replicate the smell. After traveling home, I smelled the coolant again and lifted the hood to investigate only to notice my coolant was almost empty in the reservoir bottle. After placing some G 12 coolant, I have not had the smell again. More
