Always great service We brought our 2012 Passat in for 2 recalls and 100,000 mile service. Our service advisor Demarcus Tate was very helpful and got us checked in and adv We brought our 2012 Passat in for 2 recalls and 100,000 mile service. Our service advisor Demarcus Tate was very helpful and got us checked in and advised he would notify us when the repairs were completed and ready for pickup. They completed the recalls and did the scheduled maintenance as promised but Demarcus called and advised us of a potential problem (timing belt) that needed to be addressed. When we picked the car up the next day when I got in the vehicle I noticed a warning light on and went back and asked Demarcus about it. He checked it out and took the vehicle back to the shop and corrected the problem. We have used Demarcus Tate as our service advisor for many years and he always provides superior service and advise. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Giving a $1,400 quote full of not necessary options when I come in for an oil change is a little ridiculous. With that being said, my salesmen wasn't pushy with those options so it was still a good experience. More
