The service writer and the cashier were both very friendly. The lounge area was comfortable with drinks and snacks for the customers. I arrived for my VW service appointment super early, to ensure ample time to catch a shuttle ride a mile away to an appointment. The shuttle driver must have been delayed and I was about to call an Uber for myself; however, Arianna, pleasantly offered to drive me to my appointment so I wouldn't miss it. She was so professional yet personal and I greatly appreciated her thoughtfulness. It is rarely encountered anymore at other organizations. You have a gem in this employee....who cares about the customer! More
Amazing Customer Service - as usual! I arrived Saturday morning without an appointment for an oil change and was immediately helped by Steve Garvey. I am due for a 60,000 mile service, but explained that I was moving over the weekend and didn't have the extra money for that at this time. He didn't pressure me, he said to call him when I was ready and he'd get me in. While I was waiting for my car to be serviced, my daughter came down to look because she was in the market for a car. Emily was her sales person and made my daughter feel right at home. Emily was patient and understanding. Having a younger sales person to assist daughter (she is 21) was a perfect match - they got each other. Matt made the finance paperwork a breeze as well! My daughter walked out with a new car herself. It was a win/win all around. More

He informed me that there was still a recall for engine software Brought my 2015 TDI Sportwagen in for 60K Maintenance. Had a great service adviser. He informed me that there was still a recall for engine software that would take three days and provided me with a loaner. The software update took over a week to complete, but Steve kept me informed as promised on the reasons for the delay. I'm never happy when work takes longer than expected, but I appreciate the responsiveness and honesty this dealership provided. More

AFTER OWNING 7 BUGS WHAT CAN I SAY..... I AM ON MY 7TH V.W. BEETLE...ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE CARS. I HAD A HUGE ISSUE WITH MY 2013 AND THE TEAM AT JIM ELLIS (ONCE MY HUSBAND GOT INVOLVED, WE WOM I AM ON MY 7TH V.W. BEETLE...ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE CARS. I HAD A HUGE ISSUE WITH MY 2013 AND THE TEAM AT JIM ELLIS (ONCE MY HUSBAND GOT INVOLVED, WE WOMEN STILL DON'T GET TREATED LIKE WE KNOW ANYTHING) GOT TO WORK TO REPLACE THE CAR WITH A 2014 WHICH LOOKED EXACTLY LIKE THEW ONE I HAD. WHEN THE NEW ONE ARRIVED AT THE DEALER IT WAS A BIT DIFFERENT WITH THE HUB CAPS AND THE EXHAUST TRIM. ONE OF THE GUYS IN A SUIT GOT DOWN ON THE GROUND AND PUT MY HUB CAPS AND EXHAUST PIPE COVERS FROM THE 13 ON TO THE 14.....I DO MISS VERY MUCH AARON THE SERVICE ADVISOR. HE WAS MY ADVISOR AT GOSSETT V.W. AND THEN HE CAME TO WORK FOR YOU....A TERRIFIC GUY WITH LOT'S OF PATIENCE. SINCE YOU WILL NO LONGER BE MAKING THE BUG.... THE ONE I HAVE WILL BE WITH ME UNTIL I DIE! WHAT CAN YOU DO TO BE BETTER.....GET BACK AARON. More
