The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was that the service tech had spilled some oil on the engine during the oil change and forgot to clean it up. So the spilled oil started burning and smelled bad for several days. More

To the point and honest Bought an old VW Beetle (2001) from a little lot and the check engine light kept coming on. We would call and let the sales lot know what was happening, which we did have to drive and babe it towed and hour away for lot dealer to try and fix the problem. So after the third time, we decided to take it up to JIM Ellis Volkswagen/Kennesaw and spoke with service Advisor Steve and he explained what we need to have done. He was very honest and to the point, which I appreciate, from a service department. After a couple days, waiting on parts to come in, my daughter and I picked up her car and man what a difference in the ride.
