Excellent service department I needed an oil service for my VW Touareg before leaving on a short notice 800 mile trip the next day. We have 3 VWs in the family and even though 1 I needed an oil service for my VW Touareg before leaving on a short notice 800 mile trip the next day. We have 3 VWs in the family and even though 1 was purchased as Jim Ellis, all 3 go there for service. Why? Simply because they go over and beyond to deliver excellence. I have the J-E VW app on my phone and with 3 clicks had an appointment scheduled within 1 hr. The app even has an option for I'm in a Hurry and just asks for the Year, Make, and Model, and then shows you the available time slots. Try to find this level of service at any other dealer Good Luck! I'm a forever Jim Ellis customer! Thanks! More

Very effiient. I was having a part replaced in my Certified Preowned EOS. When I brought the car in Mr. Tate took pictures and identified what was needed. When the part arrived he called me and we set up an appointment for the same day. The part was installed and I was out of the dealership in less than an hour!
