Oil change and recall fixes I received notice that my vehicle had two separate recall situations. I was in a bind as I was only in town for 4 days and needed my vehicle. One recall was for the air bags which was a bit frightening. Customer service was outstanding....they fit me in and fixed everything. Rafael and Arianna could not have been kinder. They offered me a ride home and even had my car washed! More
Recall repaired! I received a recall notice in the mail on Monday. I called and the repair was scheduled for Tuesday morning. Using their listening skills and paying attention to details, actually brought me to uncontrollable tears in the end. I had just paid cash for my car 2 weeks prior, only to find out that the Carfax report and mechanic review were far from accurate. The car lot wouldn't take the car back. Even after offering to use the GM's personal mechanic near the lot. Arianna and James set out to make everything right. This was my first newer car with only 37K miles. So, I purchased the Extended Warranty through my bank. I knew if I needed any work done, I wanted it to be serviced by the dealer. And, I am so glad I did.!! Kept with it and finally figured it out! The check engine light was continually come on. After several returns to the service department they figured out the issue was with a missing cam brid The check engine light was continually come on. After several returns to the service department they figured out the issue was with a missing cam bridge screen which was causing a misfire and rough idle on cylinder #4. Unfortunately, not all the work I asked to have done on the car was completed at pickup. The hood strut and cabin air filter were not replaced as directed. They can wait until the next service or oil change. See ya next time! More
