Car wash, multi-point inspection & tire rotation Service was great! I just wish the car wash included a better job on the tires and rims - rims still looked dirty and tires had no shine. It was, frankly, the wors The 2015 CC I bought 2 years ago is my first VW product. The appointment and subsequent paperwork was fraught with errors. It was, frankly, the worst automobile transaction that I have experienced in my 70+ years. The good news is that VW national and Jim Ellis in particular, worked together and responded and replaced a defective part (for the 2nd time) and re-wrote the contract correctly, I appreciate the follow-up and customer contact provided by Jim Ellis VW and by DeMarkus Tate in particular. I met DeMarkus by randomly approaching his desk for service. In the ensuing 2 years, he has always responded promptly. He listens, explains the work to be done, and follows up where necessary. Jim Ellis VW is DeMarkus Tate to me. He is the reason I still have that VW CC and continue with Jim Ellis VW. DeMarkus is to be respected and appreciated. More
