Service Had my 10000 mile service and the customer service was excellent. I had to wait longer than I expected due to recalls that needed to be fixed. The attendant offered me shuttle service to go to the mall. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. No complaints. My car still doesn’t work After taking my car for a check up to evaluate what was wrong, I got it fixed and it still didnt work when I drove it. I would have been better off going to a place that specializes in fixing volkswagen instead of the dealership. More

My service advisor, Arianna Durham not only answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner, she made me feel like a VIP from the moment I arrived until I departed. She met me at my vehicle, greeted me by name, and was familiar with why I was there and what needed to be done. She kept me updated on the repair process and answered all my questions before I could ask them. Also, the valets did an awesome job washing my Tiguan. It looked like the day I purchased it (except for all my 'stuff' inside). More
