Great Staff and Service Everyone there was super nice and professional. Steve Garvey took my information and showed me to the waiting area. The waiting area was clean and also had drinks and snacks. The seats were comfortable and I was able to connect to Wifi and continue my day’s work. Steve came in a couple of times to update me on the progress. I also went and talked to Clayton, my salesman. Everyone had great positive energy. When the car was ready, it looked great! I was actually contemplating taking my car to another VW dealer closer to home but after the great experience at Jim Ellis VW Kennesaw, I will drive the extra few miles and service my car there. Excellent service and quick turnaround I purchased my VW Tiguan at Jim Ellis Kennesaw 2 years ago. I decided to take special care of this car due to many problems with older cars in the pa I purchased my VW Tiguan at Jim Ellis Kennesaw 2 years ago. I decided to take special care of this car due to many problems with older cars in the past. With that, I have been taking my car back to Jim Ellis for oil changes and service. Every time, including my oil change this week, have been great experiences. The team is very responsive, helpful, and eager to provide customers with the service they expect, and then exceed it. My most recent trip, I worked with Maureen Williams and she was able to quickly get my car back and have the team start the work. My oil change and service was completed quickly and Maureen explained in detail the status of my car, services performed, and anything I might need to keep an eye on in the future. Fast, responsive service on factory recall Had to take our Jetta in for a recall and was able to get a next-day appointment.
