Took my Atlas in and dropped it off at the scheduled appointment time. I was told "I did not have an appointment. I pulled it up on my phone and it was confirmed. The service guy said, "oh, ok." This wa appointment time. I was told "I did not have an appointment. I pulled it up on my phone and it was confirmed. The service guy said, "oh, ok." This was Wednesday at 8 am. As of Friday I still had not received a call regarding my vehicle. I called and they tell me "oh, your service guy had the day off." I called on Saturday and spoke to Kyle (service guy) and he proceeded to tell me that he had the day off on Thursday. I am totally fine with that but am certain he is not the only person working there. It was then going to take at least until Monday then told me he was "legally allowed to have a day off!" and hung up on me. I called back and spoke to someone else and she said "oh he said you hung up on him" Why would I do that if I am trying to get my car back? I asked if they had even looked at it. I have the VW app that tells me when the car is driven and where etc. Had not even been started. Texted me late Monday and said nothing is wrong with the vehicle. The creaking when I turn the wheel and the ticking is normal. App showed that the car had not been started until late Monday briefly before they called me. Rude, dishonest, and will not return. Will go to the one in Alpharetta. More
Very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and took the time to show me all the features, even though I wasn’t ready to purchase at this time. If I decide to purchase, he’s the guy! and took the time to show me all the features, even though I wasn’t ready to purchase at this time. If I decide to purchase, he’s the guy! More

Terrible service. Lack of communication and complete waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend taking your vehicle here. Take it elsewhere. The service department and manage Lack of communication and complete waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend taking your vehicle here. Take it elsewhere. The service department and management said they could reprogram a computer in my vehicle and get my car up and going… the car sat in the lot for 7 months, with no work done. A previous VW technician that worked here gave me a run around and was very lazy. And ultimately allowed my vehicle to be impounded without my knowledge. I will never buy a Volkswagen again. More
I bought a Volkswagen ID4 in 2022 from Volkswagen of Kennesaw. I love the car. But as I expected the service department has ruined my experience. Please note that after they ruined my Volkswagen Rout Kennesaw. I love the car. But as I expected the service department has ruined my experience. Please note that after they ruined my Volkswagen Routan 3 years ago and treated me with disrespect while servicing my Passat, I vowed to never use them again. But it is convenient, so I caved when it came time for my first major service and to complete a recall. I scheduled the appointment 2 months in advance. The week before they rescheduled for 2 weeks later. I was told the service would take about 5 working days. After 8 working days I called and was told the distributor was out of the battery and it was back ordered. Remember, they knew I was coming for 3 months and they told me repeatedly that they were walking through each car for the recall to ensure as little inconvenience as possible for thier customers. Maybe they should have ordered up the parts in advance, I don’t know? They have now had my vehicle for 15 working days. Not once have they called me. No status updates, nothing. I have had to call them. I do not recommend this dealership for service. I will likely develop a relationship with another dealership for future service. This dealership has the most dysfunctional service department I have ever encountered. More
Service can be a bit uneven at times but most employees do an excellent job. Greg is helpful, attentive, and insightful. He is a pleasure to work with and 10 out of 10. do an excellent job. Greg is helpful, attentive, and insightful. He is a pleasure to work with and 10 out of 10. More

I think this is a beautiful dealership and think all the people are nice. That said, I was disappointed in my trip there as I was told I had to fix a sensor and that it was a 4-5 hour repair, with 95% of th people are nice. That said, I was disappointed in my trip there as I was told I had to fix a sensor and that it was a 4-5 hour repair, with 95% of the cost going to labor. It was done in less than 2 hours but I was still charged for 4 hours of labor. When I ask if it taking half the time meant half the labor costs, I was told that's not how it works and that this was more of a fixed price for the repair. I would definitely ask more detailed questions around price transparency as I do feel like I overpaid. More
