Raul was amazing in helping me narrow down which car would be best for me and my family and was incredibly patient as I made the decision that was right for me. Dealer: Jim Ellis VW is a very professional, clean, and convenient dealership. They also have a nice service department that provides a wash at each visit. Steve Garvey the Service Advisor quoted me on a set of 4 tires on the last day of their sale at $750 , I confirmed twice but when I closed out the price was $1100. I felt robbed and cheated.
