We had the pleasure of working with Jim Ellis VW Kennesaw recently and were most pleased. After spending two previous weekends at 2 other dealerships, we were weary and frustrated. We cringed at the though recently and were most pleased. After spending two previous weekends at 2 other dealerships, we were weary and frustrated. We cringed at the thought of visiting another dealership but they had 2 used VW Jettas that appealed to us so off we went. To say we were pleasantly surprised is an understatement. They were professional, friendly and very clean. Our son wanted this to be his first car purchase but he is young and with limited credit so he needed our help. The dealership worked with us and made things as simple as possible. Now our son has a 2016 VW Jetta that he is most happy to have and he is building his credit as we go. As for our salesman (brand specialist), we cannot say enough wonderful things about Joseph Scott. He is well versed about the vehicles; not just surface knowledge but significantly knowledgeable. He presents the knowledge in an informative, friendly, non-pushy manner. This gentleman knows his cars and represented himself and the dealership in the most professional and accommodating manner possible. When I say Joseph is good, I really mean he is GREAT!!! I'll be back, Joseph for my VW Tiguan in the near future. Thank you all for a job very well done! More
