Don't leave your car when you getting servic done. I went to get a basic oil change on my car. I also wanted them to check to see why my check engine light was on. They said they were going to do a dia I went to get a basic oil change on my car. I also wanted them to check to see why my check engine light was on. They said they were going to do a diagnostic test on my car. So I told them to call me to let me know what was wrong before doing any work. They called me to inform me that my computer system in my car need to be updated and they quoted me a price. I told they guy on the phone that I don't want any work done and I was coming back to get my car. I lived across the street. Once I got back they did the work I asked them not to do and charge me three times what I was going to pay. I asked to speak with the guy I talked to over the phone they said he wasn't there nor did he relay the message of me not wanting anything done to my car.... They will NEVER SEE ME AGAIN.... More

Service Department POOR POOR customer service 6 months ago, I brought my car because of a leak on my back passenger right carpet. Coincidentally, my window was smashed three months before, so when 6 months ago, I brought my car because of a leak on my back passenger right carpet. Coincidentally, my window was smashed three months before, so when they inspected my car they found glass. They called me and asked if the wet carpet was the result of my broken window -fair assumption-. I told them NO. They did not find the leak origin and they concluded the water entered my car when it was broken. They dried my carpet. Luckily for me, the leak started again and I brought my car again to this Dealership, they remembered my case and told me AGAIN it was because my broken window and I have lost my guarantee before even checking it. I told them it was a really bad customer service. I went to another Dealership, Kuhn of Marietta. They found the leak and they are fixing my car under my Guarantee. First-time Buyer I came to Jim Ellis as a young first-time buyer, and I was feeling totally overwhelmed by all the details involved in buying and financing a car. Mage I came to Jim Ellis as a young first-time buyer, and I was feeling totally overwhelmed by all the details involved in buying and financing a car. Maged Roushdi was absolutely incredible. He found a handful of great cars in my price range and took me out to test-drive them, but I needed time to think about it and compare the details. In the week between my first and second visit to the dealership, I contacted him a few times with questions, and he was so patient and helpful. I never once felt pressured to make a quick decision or to choose something outside my budget. Once I decided on a car, he worked with his managers to get me an awesome deal, and walked me through the financing process and happily chatted with me while we waited for a decision. There was a hiccup with my cosigner (a relative out of state), which had me in tears, but Maged was quick to calm me down and assure me that we'd figure it out and find a solution. Luckily I had another relative in-state who agreed to cosign. He stayed almost two hours past his shift to wait for her to come to the dealership to sign papers with me so I could go home with my new car that night! I was blown away by the level of dedication he showed. It was the definition of going "above and beyond." I can't imagine anyone else making me feel more comfortable throughout that process. I was in great hands, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in the market for a car. More

Jackie was outstanding and I feel like I ow her everything for getting me the perfect car for my situation. That was my first ever purchase of a car from a dealer and I recommend all of my friends looking for a new car to go to her first! I drove the Jetta for a year and made an impulse decision to buy a 2016 GTI. I had worked with Maged before while my girlfriend was looking for a car and decided to ask him about the GTI I saw in the lot. Maged was awesome! He let me take it for a spin and was willing to work with me. Matt Rock was the last person that helped me and he did everything in his power to get the right deal for me. Very friendly guy. I was nervous as ever trying to buy this car and he kept me calm. I found my self walking out with the car I have wanted since I was a kid! Pretty much a dream come true!
