They order him a new ignition and install it. They return him the car running thinking he's going to drive it out of there and take it home, he pulled it into a space to leave it so he can take the other car he had home and the key breaks in the NEW IGNITION. The dealership super glued the key back together and tried to give it to him as if it wasn't their problem. And they told him AFTER 3 days of xxxxxxxx, that they will replace the key so they ordered him a new key. In the meantime they tell him to drive the car with the broken key. He drives the car home to find out that the car won't go into park now. So he calls the dealership immediately. The key comes in and they tell him oh it looks like it's going to be expensive to fix your car because it won't go in park. So what the xxxx did we pay $800 for? The car was stuck in park and now the car won't go back in park after you fixed it with a new ignition. Now you want to charge us another arm and a leg to fix it because you never fixed the problem to begin with. More

I had the option of trading it in or having it fixed and after a few conversations with their service manager at the competitor, I lost all faith in "Heritage". Needless to say after speaking with Steve the GM at Jim Ellis, he put me in touch with Larry Fitzpatrick. Larry is retired military and a super standup guy. All those years of building character showed and from the moment I met him there was a bond. I had gone to look at cars at several other places and even though they weren't all bad, there was still that uncomfortable pressure of them trying to get u to buy as high and fast as possible. There was none of that here at all. Mr Fitzpatrick stuck with us the entire day, just hanging out, looking over models, and in general making it feel like there was all the time in the world. The process went by in "Hawaiian Time" and we were totally relaxed after leaving 6 hours later with my new GTI. I ended up choosing the Honda Accord and I found a one owner, great condition 2014 EX model on Jim Ellis's lot. I arrived and was greeted by Seth Rogers. He quickly and efficiently found out my purpose, got the keys and showed me the car. He was very professional and honest. I was happy to find the photos on the website and true car app were accurate and the car drove very well. I had saved the car on true car at a lower price than the sticker and Seth, without any trouble, said he would have no problem honoring the online price, which was significantly cheaper! (always do your research! It pays off!) After leaving the lot to test drive a different car, I found I could not beat the deal and niceness of the 1st car and came back! Frank Dickenson, one of the sales managers, assured me the car was in good shape after I asked to have their mechanic look it over and I decided to make the purchase.
