He worked diligently to get the pricing right, paperwork prepared, and the vehicle ready to go in advance as we traveled from Columbus to this dealership to make our purchase. Great car buying experience Knowledgable, accommodating, non-pushy sales team. Really liked working with Curtis as well as Alex. Curtis addressed all my questions and concerns, a Knowledgable, accommodating, non-pushy sales team. Really liked working with Curtis as well as Alex. Curtis addressed all my questions and concerns, and helped steer me away from a car I THOUGH I wanted. He patiently worked with me on a price that I could afford. Frank (a manager) was very nice and let me finish the paperwork the next day, since it was getting late. The waiting areas and bathrooms are very nice, clean, comfortable, modern looking, and lots of natural lighting. There is free hot coffee and drinks, snacks, and cold filtered water! These things matter when you're there for hours and days at a time (and you will be when you buy a car). I honestly wasn't planning on buying a VW but my husband made me test drive a 2011 Tiguan (certified). Of course I fell in love with it- all the luxury features, and the panoramic moon roof is gorgeous! I love that it's certified. It looked and even smelled new. I locked myself out a few days ago, and because it's certified it was free to get it unlocked. Speaking of freebies, the car came with it's service up to date, oil changed, detailed, etc. The only negative is the car was clean BUT for having been "just detailed" I expected it to be perfect, and there were some things left unfinished. Their customer service department handled it and were super nice. More

I want to especially thank the GM Steve for getting involved and turning my frown upside down. I encourage anyone seeing this to stop by and have the fellas/ladies work with you. There is a reason why I went an hour out of my way to come see them. Very competitive pricing, clean dealership, good people. highly recommend! More
ripoff report Do not xxxx with Jim Ellis VW Kennesaw RipOffReport Had my brothers car towed up there because he couldn't get the car out of park they told him Do not xxxx with Jim Ellis VW Kennesaw RipOffReport Had my brothers car towed up there because he couldn't get the car out of park they told him he needed a new ignition and it would be $800 because they have to order it from Germany. They order him a new ignition and install it. They return him the car running thinking he's going to drive it out of there and take it home, he pulled it into a space to leave it so he can take the other car he had home and the key breaks in the NEW IGNITION. The dealership super glued the key back together and tried to give it to him as if it wasn't their problem. And they told him AFTER 3 days of xxxxxxxx, that they will replace the key so they ordered him a new key. In the meantime they tell him to drive the car with the broken key. He drives the car home to find out that the car won't go into park now. So he calls the dealership immediately. The key comes in and they tell him oh it looks like it's going to be expensive to fix your car because it won't go in park. So what the xxxx did we pay $800 for? The car was stuck in park and now the car won't go back in park after you fixed it with a new ignition. Now you want to charge us another arm and a leg to fix it because you never fixed the problem to begin with. More
