I was warned and still chose to get burned Having bought all of my vehicles at other dealerships I decided to give Jim Ellis a shot. I asked around and got mixed reviews about their operating processes and sales tactics. I was warned that they would try and force me to buy certain products or pay higher interest rates. That turned out to be true. I had to threaten to leave before I was given the lower rate without the finance products that they were pushing. After leaving the finance prison I actually overheard the General Manager telling the finance guy that he should have just let me "walk" if they couldn't make money on me. He then went right back to yelling and cussing at the young lady in his office. How is that for a customer service experience. This will be my first and last car EVER from Mr. Rotenstein or anyone he works for. More
