Alex was easy going and incredibly patient with us as we talked through options. He was able to put together a deal that we were confident and happy with, and you could feel that this was not a “high pressure” environment like some of the other places we’d been to. He answered my questions without ever trying to influence my decision or trying to upsell me. Unlike some salespeople I have dealt with, he also did not try to get me to buy on the spot. And when I called later and said I wanted to car, he and the team were great again. I ended up getting a great price in a no pressure environment.
