There was no Golf R on the premises, but we noticed they had a WRX and Amanda offered a test drive. Basically went to Jim Ellis for the hubby and I walked out with a WRX 6spd. I was told to verify my identity and I quote “In case you were like a Timothy McVeigh type” no one told me they were running my credit as if I was getting a loan! This will stay on my credit for two years. I really think you need to find another way to “verify identity” if this is truly the only reason you ran my credit as a hard inquiry! More
