"World Class Service" Buying Experience! From the moment you step foot on the dealer’s lot, to the interaction with everyone in the dealership, to the environment and especially the atmosphere, is all a part of the customer buying experience. Even if you think a person is not going to “buy” a car, the level of service should still be the same. I visited several dealerships in the Metro area, but Jim Ellis Volkswagen gave me the intangibles that I never paid attention to before. The intangibles seemed small but made the biggest difference. Gem Baydemir provided me with a level of service that can only be described as "excellent world class" service. For all the not so positive experiences I had during this car buying opportunity journey, Gem was able to restore my outlook. He made my experience "perfect" for me. His knowledge about the vehicle was superb. A very detail-oriented sales person shows you all the obvious things about the car but goes beyond that and shows you features that you did not know, this is what Gem did for us. He was easy to chat with and made this a no pressure experience, which I appreciated the most. Even going the extra mile to make sure the few scratches and scrapes on the "as is" certified pre-owned automobile were all gone from the car the day I drove it home. Lease Return x2! Our lease was up on our Passat so we arranged with Shannon at Jim Ellis to meet with us to take in our return. We had a Jetta that still had another year on the lease, but asked Shannon to run the numbers and see if we could turn that one in at the same time and upgrade to a Tiguan. We didn't think it would be possible but somehow Shannon and Brady were able to get our numbers where we wanted and thought they should be. We walked out of there with our brand new Tiguan and a new sense of confidence in buying a car. Shannon and Brady were a pleasure to work with and made the experience stress free and transparent. No hidden numbers. Everything disclosed upfront on paper. We will definitely buy from Shannon again when this lease expires. Recommended! More
