Lease Return x2! Our lease was up on our Passat so we arranged with Shannon at Jim Ellis to meet with us to take in our return. We had a Jetta that still had another year on the lease, but asked Shannon to run the numbers and see if we could turn that one in at the same time and upgrade to a Tiguan. We didn't think it would be possible but somehow Shannon and Brady were able to get our numbers where we wanted and thought they should be. We walked out of there with our brand new Tiguan and a new sense of confidence in buying a car. Shannon and Brady were a pleasure to work with and made the experience stress free and transparent.
