I purchased my car for an amazing price including the cost of the warranties VW offered me for my safety. Lights on dashboard lit up like Christmas. I had called on Friday, 8/31 and had to leave a message with the service department and no one called me back. Arianna Durham, Service Advisor listened to my issue, went ahead and got me scheduled immediately for diagnostic and kept me informed as to what was going on. They had the faulty sensor replaced (all under warranty) and had me back on the road asap! More
