I must say that was not the case at all once I stepped inside your dealership. I had done a little research at home looking via internet to get an idea of what i might want and what I could afford. I contacted (via email) 3 different dealerships and asked for information back stating that I would definitely be buying a car that day but just with the one that got back to me with the best deal first. Well your dealership emailed and then called (Todd) and got general information then sent me a link to look at cars, after narrowing it down to 2 cars at your dealership I went to the location. I was given to Larry Fitzpatrick to help me and I must say he did a great job making me feel so comfortable and relaxed from the very beginning. He seemed genuine and light heart at the same time with a refreshing outgoing personality. It didn't just stop with Larry though, when I had to go back and sign the finance papers, it was Matt Rock at that point that continued the great buying experience for me. He did a fantastic job moving quickly yet explaining things all while getting to know one another on a more personal level and feeling more like a friend than just a customer. AMAZING SERVICE CENTER AND STAFF!!!!! I have been going to Jim Ellis VW of Kennesaw since they opened. Bought a number of cars and don't plan on changing that anytime soon! Rafael S. is usually my service adviser, but I have worked with Arianna and Tate and they are always on the top of their game! always greeted at my car, with a warm smile and hand shake.......and always by name!!!! thanks again Jim Ellis staff for all you do! Lack of communication leads to disappointment Had a concern about a warning light that essentially disabled my 2014 Jetta TDI Sportwagon. Found it to be a low amount of coolant in the reservoir. F Had a concern about a warning light that essentially disabled my 2014 Jetta TDI Sportwagon. Found it to be a low amount of coolant in the reservoir. Filled is up and everything worked again. Wanted to schedule an appointment to have it checked out, using the online system. The only appointment I could scheduled was a 40,000 mile service requirement-the car only had 36,000 on it. Was not able to find my car model on the system, as it was not intuitive to me to look through the little dots as the bottom of the page. Thought the service would be about $400, but turned out to be over $800. Did not know this until I arrived at Jim Ellis in Kennesaw. This discrepancy did not seem to bother anyone-except me. No one came to keep me advised of the status of the service, although everyone else in the waiting room was visited at least once. No one at Jim Ellis seemed to be concerned until I responded to previous survey requests. Their offers to try to atone for this mix-up were miniscule and somewhat insulting. Probably going to be looking for a new location to have future service work. More

After i bought VW Jetta (my 7th new car in last 3 years). i experienced the level of care and service that i never felt before with my BMW 535, HellCat Charger, HellCat Challenger, RAM Trucks Limited edition, Honda Civic etc.. I wan to give a shout to all customers and potential customers of Jim Ellis Volkswagen Kennesaw that this dealership surpassed my expectations. Though i have no need at the moment, but if need arose, i will buy another VW just because the level of care and service i received from them. Specially their Sales specialist "Gem Baydemir" what an awesome guy.. Made my day the day i bought new Jetta. May end up buying some SUV soon :) my 2nd baby is 17 now. More
