6 week inspection My wife and I were there for the appointment on time, and there was no waiting for the service inspection. The person at the computer desk was courteous and made my wife and I feel welcome. The waiting room was nice with a choice of coffees and the facilities were well kept. Good and Bad Aspects - Billy Needs a New Job I had two recalls on my VW. When I contacted the dealership, I was told that I had to have my vehicle at the dealership to be serviced, before they c I had two recalls on my VW. When I contacted the dealership, I was told that I had to have my vehicle at the dealership to be serviced, before they could order the part for the second recall. I was told once my vehicle was at the dealership, they would be able to order the part for the second recall and would call me once it arrived. I believe my first recall was completed around August 22. As of October I heard nothing. I was due for an oil change and wanted to combine the service with the recall to avoid multiple visits. I called the dealership and spoke to Billy. Billy was curt and frankly unhelpful. I asked if there was any sort of timeline he could provide so I could know if the visits could be combined. He said he had no idea and that VW provided no information regarding the status. Frustrated and in disbelief, I immediately contacted VW directly, after my phone call with Billy. The VW representative I spoke with was prompt and courteous. She confirmed with Tate at the Kennesaw dealership that I was able to have both the service and recall visit by the next week. I can only assume Billy lied, though I can't really imagine what he can gain from it, unless he was saving the parts for other "preferred" customers. If he hadn't been so rude on the call I would think it was a simple mistake (I did confirm the specific vehicle information on the call). The situation also makes me question whether having both recalls arranged in one visit were impossible as I was told originally, I can't be sure as I didn't document the name of the person I spoke with, but it may have been Billy that told me that too. The actual service visit ran smoothly. Both Rafael, who checked in my car, and Tate who followed up and closed out the servicing were polite and efficient. My only one half complaint about the visit, was my car smelled a bit like a wet dog after. Not sure what that was, but driving with the windows down cleared it by the next day, so no real issue. Overall, I would return with the exception of Billy. I marked "yes" I would recommend this dealership, but I would prefer to list "maybe". One bad apple can really spoil the bunch. It makes me feel as if the dealership is untrustworthy, and you need someone you can trust to work on your car. More

He secured my trade in value, purchase price and set me up with my Salesman Jose. Jose had my car ready to go when I showed up 15 minutes before closing on a Friday night after making the 3.5 hour drive there. He even held my dog on his lap while we did a quick shake down drive with the R before setting everything up. Mary made the paperwork signing process quick and smooth given my unique circumstances and had me in and out quick and easily. Frank made sure I got the red carpet treatment when we found very minor damage from shipping on the car which I’m truly grateful for. All in all I’m incredibly happy with my purchase. So much so that even though I plan to keep my Golf R a very long time I would gladly purchase from them any time in the future. I’ve made at least 7 VW purchases all over the country in the last 15 years and this was by far the best and most enjoyable one. Thanks everyone. I’m very happy with how y’all treated me. More

Horrible no loaner for older volkswagen. Took my vehicle in I'am pissed!!. I feel used from what I thought was a reputable car dealership I feel like I took it to a shady backyard mechanic. I am a single parent I'am pissed!!. I feel used from what I thought was a reputable car dealership I feel like I took it to a shady backyard mechanic. I am a single parent with a son in college I took my car in day 1 didn 't get it back until day 4 which cost me a uber ride to work coming & going a total of $160. Secondly the next day after getting my car from the shop my check engine light is back on. All that was done in 4 days was a glorified tune up which didn't fix the problem so why the cost for the turn up.? Now hundreds of dollars later I am back to square one. If you couldn't fix the vehicle then just say that not charge me hundreds of dollars for a tune up.I need someone that can make decisions due their due diligence and call me back. (Back to the loaner) Who made the decision if you have an older volkswagen 2012 you don't get a loaner while your vehicle is being repaired you spending the same Volkswagen money. If it wasn't for the older models Volkswagen sales wouldn't be on the map it's not a Mercedes nor a Porsche. Volkswagen just got popular again because of the older model. Random people at the grocery store or anywhere always ask me how do I like my Volkswagen because they where on the market looking for a new car. If you had a half star that would be warranted. More
