From the person who greets you when you pull your car in to the service advisor to the sales person I talked to, all were very friendly, helpful and professional. The service waiting area is very clean with comfortable furniture. My wife’s vehicle was ready when they said it would be and they took care of the recall issue. Just an overall great experience with a first class dealership. Looking forward to leasing a new VW when my wife’s lease is up. Keep up the good work Jim Ellis! More

Great service and very quick to fix the problem We had to have the car towed in due to a failure to start. She gathered all of the important information and even made sure we got everything out of the car before we left. The techs first guess ended up being the solution and he was able to have the car completed by the end of the next business day. More

I love the waiting area for the customers who choose to wait there while their car is serviced. My car is always returned to me clean inside and out and the service department always goes over everything that they have done while servicing my car as well as fully explaining any problems that they encountered and corrected. This is the 3rd car that I have purchased from a Jim Ellis dealership and I have been very pleased with every one of my dealings and service with them. More
