I explained what I was looking for in a vehicle and financial constraints. Zach was thorough in presenting the best options to accommodate my needs. You are treated like a family member from the moment you walk in the door. The overview of the various departments as well as introduction to the service personnel is a nice touch. It was also a pleasure to work with Matt Rock on financing with VW Credit who once again made the process seamless. Once the transaction was completed Zach reviewed all the nuances of the technology features of the vehicle which was greatly appreciated. Post followup was provided within a couple days to ensure I was comfortable with everything and to inquire if I had any additional questions. He managed to run my credit and complete all the paperwork and have everything ready for me to sign when I got there. I got there to a new freshly washed and gassed vehicle with my name on it (LITERALLY) Thanks for such an easy pleasant experience Larry. More
Bad experience with routine oil change I had an early morning appt. to get and oil change and warning light checked on my son's passat. After I was done, I left to do some shopping. By 12:1 I had an early morning appt. to get and oil change and warning light checked on my son's passat. After I was done, I left to do some shopping. By 12:15pm I had a new warning light. Oil pressure low, turn off engine. I pulled into a parking lot only to find the car leaking oil everywhere. I called the dealership, was given a number to a towing company and was towed back to the dealership. I spent another hour waiting to find out the plug was not put back correctly. I had a 9am appt. I finally left at 3pm. I was not pleased at all. More

The sales staff was friendly from the start, worked well with us on the test drive all the way through the sale. What truly has impressed me is their follow up. I have gotten emails and calls, even from our salesperson, asking us how we were liking the vehicle and if we had any questions or needed anything. In addition, I received an email with the manager's contact information should I need anything. None of this was asked for, but they seem truly interested in our experience, and I appreciate that extra effort. More

The auto sales model needs to evolve. It is an industry challenge not a dealership issue. I have been a tier one supplier to the auto industry so I have an understanding of it from both perspectives. As a customer it is extremely frustrating. More
