The email was answered quickly with a video of the suv taken by the salesman. My wife contacted the dealership by phone to ask some questions before we made a 1 hour and a half drive. A manager helped with all questions. I made an appointment by email to test drive the vehicle. Everyone at the dealership were very courteous and professional. What really impressed my wife and i was that the employees seemed to care about us and were not pushy. This was the best car buying experience i have ever had and i have bought several cars.
