Great experience, staff are very knowledgeable of the cars I came in for my 20,000 mile service. I also mentioned that I noticed water sloshing around in the rear gate a few months ago (after a night of heavy I came in for my 20,000 mile service. Arianna was the service employee who was helping me out. She is very knowledgeable of the cars and which parts tend to go wrong.
