Oil change and recall fixes I received notice that my vehicle had two separate recall situations. I was in a bind as I was only in town for 4 days and needed my vehicle. VIN: 3VW4T7AU0HM070476 They advertised the car for $18,175 on several websites including autotrader, carguru, and their own company website. After a number of emails, the sent me some pictures of the car and on the day I was going to test drive the car, they told me that the price has now gone up to $20,500 because they "posted the wrong number" and stated that they'd advertised the car for the price they bought it. They also told me to "verify any information in question with Jim Ellis Volkswagen Kennesaw", even though THEIR OWN WEBSITE stated that the price of the car is $18,175. The price on their website is still at $18,175 as I am writing this review. I contacted them about this, however the representative refused to honor the original listing price. They provided me with no evidence that they bought the car for the price they claimed to. Their original asking price was at the exact KBB "Fair Purchase Price" and they now want to add about $2,000 more to it. This is a textbook example of the bait-and-switch. More

The online vehicle description and sales price were accurate and the salesman, Drae, was a delight to work with. He was a careful listener, easy to talk to and professional. Drae kept the process moving along, from the initial inquiry to the final sale. Matt was true to that form as well. There was no high pressure sales, just honest and realistic expectations and we came away from the deal knowing that we were working with professionals with integrity.
